If you were around when the first NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) came out, then you must be familiar with Mega Man X. It was the first Mega Man installment for the 16-bit console, and is arguably the best Mega Man game of its time. If you want to go back to those good old days, Mega Man X is now available in the Apple App Store. The game is designed for the iPhone 3G S, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, the original iPad, and the iPad 2.
Mega Man X is the last creation of Dr. Light. He creates Mega Man to fight against Sigma’s reploid robots. Sigma is out to wipe out the human race. The game’s graphics has been modified to work on retina displays of iPhones. Other game features include online rankings, difficulty adjustments, and so much more. Players can opt to play the game in either full screen mode or regular format.
The game comes with cheats exclusive to the iOS. These include auto-ladder latch-on, auto-charge, and auto-fire. Furthermore, Capcom includes 80 achievements while on Story Mode.
